Refund policy

Exchanges of Tree Hugger Cloth Pads Period Underwear can be made within 30 days of the original delivery date of your order.  We know fit is important and buying underwear online can be worrisome wondering if they will be the right size for you. 

To make your purchase risk-free please wash and wear *ONE* pair of period underwear, if they don't fit as you hoped you can send them back to exchange for a different size (or you can exchange them for pads if you prefer). 

Please do not wash your entire order as you will not be able to exchange the rest if they have all been washed.  Only one washed/worn/washed pair may be sent back for an exchange, the rest need to be in brand new condition.  

 

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s) to us and we will then send out the replacement free of charge.  

 

We will discard your returned *tried* pair and will donate any other brand new pairs sent back.  

 

We will not re-stock and re-sell returned underwear.

Tree Hugger Cloth Pads is not responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit so please keep your proof of shipping/tracking when shipping items back for an exchange.
